Relationship Therapy at Virya Counseling

Relationships are complex, vulnerable, and deeply meaningful. At Virya Counseling, we offer couples therapy for partners who want to heal, reconnect, or strengthen their bond. Whether you’re navigating communication struggles, attachment wounds, or a major life transition, we provide a grounded and compassionate space to do the work—together.

Our therapists draw from trauma-informed, attachment-based approaches to support you in understanding your relational patterns, deepening emotional safety, and building more secure ways of relating. We integrate modalities such as PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy), somatic work, parts work, and EMDR-informed interventions tailored to your needs.

We affirm all relationship structures, including monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous, and kink-based partnerships. Our practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to creating space for every relationship to be held with respect, dignity, and care.

Medicaid is accepted, and sliding scale or no-cost options are available for qualifying clients.
